Addictive Mobility Hires Top Canadian and Middle Eastern Talent to Continue Growth

Addictive Mobility announced today that it has completed a hiring spree to prepare for its predicted rapid growth in 2016. While many ad tech solution providers have been consolidating or entering into hiring freezes, Addictive Mobility has been actively recruiting for numerous departments. These new hires will support the company’s commitment to putting the right brands in front of the right audiences through its DSP powered by one of the most robust DMPs built from the ground up specifically for mobile in-app.

Staff have been added to both sales and technical teams in both Toronto and the Middle East.  Addictive Mobility welcomes to the Toronto office: 

Victoria Martinez Lees- Account Director 

Iva Marcovic- Senior Technical Account Manager 

Danielle Thomas- Technical Account Manager 

Blair Hoddinott- DevOps Engineer 

Anselm Lau- Junior Data Scientist 

In the Middle East, Addictive Mobility has expanded its team as well as secured a new permanent office location. The new hires welcomed to the Dubai office include: 

Ghariba Al Messaoudi  - Sales Director Middle East 

Berwyn Moog  - Creative Technologist

All of these new hires come with exceptional skills and experience making them the perfect fit for one of Canada’s fastest growing ad tech solution providers. This brings Addictive Mobility’s headcount up 20% to 52 globally, with 6 specifically dedicated to Middle East operations.

Dana Toering, CRO, came aboard in September with ambitious sales goals. “Adding to our sales team and creating a new account manager layer means that our customers will continue to receive first class service on all campaigns,” explains Dana. “We wanted to ensure that our high standards of personalized support would be met on all accounts as our customer base continues to grow.”
